Like it says--get it straight!

I have uploaded a new old mix for your Friday enjoyment. It’s a hip-hop mix I did back in 2002 called “Get It Straight,” and it’s 45 minutes of quality hip-hop from the late 1980s/early 1990s, with an emphasis on album cuts, B-sides, and remixes. You can stream it and/or download it right here on my Mixcrate page.

New mix I did with graphic designer/illustrator Tony.psd is up now on mixcrate.com.  I hope you “like” it.

New mixtape with Khai Sharrieff of Lunar Heights.

I posted these a while back, but a new site means new plugs, so here we are. These are, obviously, disco mixes, each a half-hour long and full of funky (not electro-cheesy) disco breaks and a whole bunch of blends. I got such a good response from part 1 that I just had to make a part 2 to keep it going. And as summertime driving music, I think these work great. Check ‘em out/download ‘em over at Mixcrate.com:

Ayyo, I smells bacon

I just had to make sure the Fader Nation knew all about my latest mix that is getting props from music heads and foodies alike. It’s a tribute to pork, ham, and the king of foods, bacon, and you can stream it, download it, and get the tracklisting right here at Mixcrate.com. You can also download it right here. I’m really happy with how this mix came out, and the response has been great–big ups to all the swine eaters out there!
